Snow days

So I was going to move over to my new blog today, but with a husband missing for 14 hours trapped on a train in the snow in some far away town, we will all have to wait a few more days for the final tweaks to be completed. At least he is with a whole train full of people, may have even made some new friends? I do love to look at the snow but now I jus want him home. I have been house bound for a couple of days now so I will brave the outside to meet a friend and have a nice hot drink and a piece of cake in a nearby cafe whilst I await my favourite persons return. I hope you are all okay wherever you live x

It's really weird that every year there's snow in the winter menu :) but that public services are never ready for it...I just don't get it ! Hope your husband gets home really soon. It's been really cold here too, and yesterday went to a couple of exhibitions in Paris and the cold was freezing me in between them :)

I have a husband who drives miles and miles with his work. It's the one thing I don't like about winter nights and am always relieved when he walks through the door. Am just listening to tales of community spirit and friendships sprouting from our awful weather. Hope he gets back soon.

Oh dear, Jeska, I so very much want your hubby to be home right now! How grim to be stuck 'in transit'? I hope the train company are keeping everyone well fed and watered. Sending you a big hug as it sounds like you need one, and also sending lots of good vibes that your beloved will be home very soon,
Take care,
Denise x

Goodness! Your porr husband, that sounds like the most annoying problem! Hopefully he has made new friends and everyone is in good spirits and not driving each other crazy! Here's to hoping he makes it home safe and sound ASAP!

PS - I'm hosting a giveaway on my blog, come check it out for a chance to win a cool linocut print!

A new home for your blog- thats exciting!
Hope your hubbie gets home soon.
It's snowed non stop here. About 12 inches deep in the garden. It's pretty but it causes alot of disruption.
Love Kat x

Gosh 14 hours is a heck of a long time to be stuck on a train, I hope its one of the clean and tidy virgin ones, not a standard grotty british rail one for his sake - poor man!
