Supplies and notions

If you were thinking of handmade presents this year maybe you should treat yourself first with these lovely utilitarian supplies and notions from Merchant and Mills to get started? I love the traditional branding and boxes. Of course if you are not a stitcher yourself they make superb gifts in themselves.

Gasp! The packaging alone is worth ordering! Love these!

They certainly look appealing. I wouldn't mind a few of them in my Christmas stocking (hung sort not worn!)

as you say cool packaging and a super cute, finger on the pulse, business idea...

Lovely! I ordered lots of bits on Thursday from M & M - and I can't wait for my postie to arrive! I think they are based near Hay on Wye (about 30 mins from my cottage) so I will see if they have a bricks and mortar shop as I can only imagine how amazing that would be.

I just purchased several sewing notions from an estate sale most of which was from the 50s

Had a good poke around their stall at the County Living fair on Thursday- really lovely! Plus their dress patterns look fantastic too- i've put the Madison pattern on my Xmas list.
