Tomorrow I bake

Thanks for your comments after my Monday post. This week has been the greyest week of the summer, it could be Autumn, it could be November. There is one stream of sunlight breaking through a murderously black sky and landing on my shoulder as I type. Work has been hectic and stressful with added drama and I have been suffering with rage.

So I am gladly using this mid week hiatus for a little me time, to catch up with domestic chores in solitude and nearing the completion of the cushions which have been laying about in my work room half made for months. Tidying away my earrings to a safer place and finding cheer in this painting that I picked up fro £2 in my favourite junk shop. Tomorrow I bake.

Lovely photographs, my local junk shop does not hold such treasures as that painting. I only ever seem to find beautiful shoes in a size three sizes too small.

Hang in there! I get the same feeling at my workplace and constantly wonder how the freaks and idiots that I work with continue to have a job. THEN I just gotta tell myself to LET IT GO. lol and I try. I really do. I do let it go when I get home so that I can just be. sigh. To not have to work...

I just found your blog via vintage by Lou Lou. It is gorgeous. I have been purchasing floral paintings over the past week. The one you have posted is a beauty. Michelle
