Thursday's looking up.

A dash of embellishment to brighten this dingy grey again Thursday. Courtesy of the Clements Ribeiro resort 2010 Look book. I just love all the decoration of the interior behind the models too. Such joyous colouring. Just right for a morning so dull. I think these amazing outfits could be easily adapted for smaller budgets too.

All images Clements Ribeiro.

Hello! Yeah, these photos are unusual - and it's interesting that the background doesn't clash (or detract from) the clothes. I guess the shoot is screaming 'you need these decorated clothes to fit in with your decorated like'. Ha.

I like the black and gold one, bottom right.

Beautiful colours. I really love the interior, it sort of makes one curious to see the rest of the place.
But one thing that caught my eye, was how the beautiful clothes just hang on the models, as if there wasn´t a human body underneath. They look as if they were on display on hangers! The model is way too skinny in my opinion. Way too skinny for those clothes. they are obviously shaped, cut to fit, not baggy as they are now.

Gorgeous dresses... oh to be able to something like that every day (said she wearing a black and grey dress today!)

Actually i agree - Thursday is looking up. Not that it is bleak and grey here in Oz, its still summer, but - well, you know, Thursday is Thursday, its not like jackpot Friday. So these pretty images are just the ticket.

I really like the styling in these images.

Oh i love these clothes and images.. don't know why but hey make me think of a more modern Atonement.. maybe it's just the colours and textures of the fabric. Cute house and a really interesting way of doing a look book.. never seen anything like it

yes, i'll take the house and the clothes! she models all the outfits well, and they somehow all compliment her fair skin in various ways. I especially love the yellow and white top, but that mantle really steals the show. thanks for sharing:)

I just love resort wear! I love the idea of swanning around in a bedazzled maxi dress or silky blouse in the tropical heat, hair all messed up and feeling peaceful after a coconut cocktail... sigh...
