enjoying the bright days

Hot clammy days and nights. I do like the sun, I am not complaining, but my head is waiting for a storm. I seem to have a built in weather vane. My head clouds over and aches a little until a good dose of thunder and lightening release the pressure. I trust you are enjoying the bright days.

The happy skies have given me a burst of energy so while I am feeling inspired I have a little shop update. Some pretty post card sets.

Just thought I would say a quick thank you to everyone who has taken the time to say hi and send me sweet wishes via comments and emails, I will get around to individual hello's but for now enjoy the rest of your week, have you ben out in the sunshine at all?

It has been SOOOOO Sunshiney here in Houston - so we've been swimming it up in the pool every day.

These postcards are so pretty!

I love your photograph of the threads, like shades of a cool sea! My head is bursting too, doing a mini rai dance for a shower to clear the air :)

I've been wishing for rain. I could use a nice, cool, rainy day.

I love that feeling of release when the storm breaks, and the pressure lifts. Almost makes the pre-storm weather bearable. :D

I've been in the sunshine everyday, at least for a little while...I can't handle long spells in the tropical sun all that well. :p

I love sunshine and luckily have just moved to a very sunshiney country for at least a year. I must remember how lucky I am.

Just found your blog and I love it. And may I say, I love that you loved Ireland. It's my home and I think it's just great too!

I love your kiwi photos!

I love the heat, but the heat in Southampton, combined with having to go to work has been unbearable. All I want is to be at the beach, eating ice-cream! xx

I bought myself an Adirondack chair last summer and I find myself drawn to it in the late afternoons (when I get home from work)....the sun is low in the sky and the heat is beginning to dissipate. Stacy

The problem with the beautiful English sunshine is when it comes out, it gets too humid with it so you can't breathe.

I am loving the sunshine. I'm off work for a week so am getting to enjoy it even more. A trip to the seaside for my birthday yesterday as I haven't been to the beach for about two years and so was longing for a paddle. Your new post cards are so pretty...and as always the packaging looks too good to remove.

Your photographs are stunning.
I'm off to browse your shop now.

Not much sun today, but I think we all needed a little break, anyway :)

Have a great weekend!

i love the cluster of thread - for some reason spools or thread become very magical when all piled together :)
