the sparrows are too friendly

A quick hello from Paris, thanks for all your lovely comments. The bread is melt in the mouth, the sun is out, the buildings are amazing, the shops are stunning, the sparrows are too friendly, I thought one of the teeny blighters might land in my falafel. Don't fret, I learnt my lesson about feeding wild animals in New York when I generously gave an almond to a squirrel.

Looks and sounds wonderful....
ack..never feed a squirrel...I don't know what happened to you but around here they're really just annoying rodents that chew through telephone wires, make nests in the roof space of people's homes...nuff said on that...enjoy your visit!

Things could be worse. I just saved a dog running up the road from a storm. We do what we can. Have a great weekend. xx

Awwwww - look at that little dog, all lonely in the city of love!

That bread looks perfect! Is it all crusty on the outside and then soft in the middle?

Ah - I love french bread and butter... The one time I was in Paris right after college I would happily eat only that as a meal. Then years later, I wondered why I looked so fat in all of the pictures...

Enjoy Paris!! Eat some yummy bread for me! Have you tried Poilane? And you must taste beurre Bordier.
I can't wait for my trip there in August!
