winter treat

Fact 3. My brightest smile today was the result of seeing an elderly gentleman enjoying a mint choc chip ice cream cone in the cold winter sunshine. The smile of his youth flickering through his joy.

Just hearing that made my day :)

Here's another fact about me: I love the sound of ice crunching underfoot.

After much fiddling, I think my comment page is finally working! Thank you so much for letting me know it wasn't - I figure the least I can do is leave you with a random fact, so here it is...'I am at least 15 minutes late to work every single day'... Thanks for visiting!

What is that very interesting-looking bloom in the foreground? I've seen it in your images before ... It looks dried and maybe fuzzy ... Anyway, I really like it!

What a nice moment to witness. I have some of those at Starbucks. Not today, it was a bad day. But usually, there are some moments like that :)

Fact: I'm addicted to The Office.

Oh how lovely, things like that cheer me up to. I remember once, i let a lovely old gentlemen walk across the road in front of my car, and he took his hat off to me and gave me a lovely smile, it made my day, and i'll always remember it. x

Beautiful board!

I sat opposite a very elderly man on a train down from London once who worked his way through an entire family-size bar of Bournville during the journey. Made me smile! And occasionally I see an elderly woman eating just a giant piece of cake in a cafe for lunch, which also makes me happy.
