Happy January

So its a new year. Meaning new inspiration and new experiences and new friends! Sweet Kari of Artsy mama has invited me to join her great new project A year of color. With lots of wonderful contributors there will be different colour themes each month, tutorials, projects, swaps and interviews, just click the link in my side bar to find out more.
I promise to update over here very soon!

Bulbs! I've been wanting to grow some, thanks for the push! They look so happy :) What kind are they? That pie/cake looks so delicious, too. A Year of Color sounds really interesting! I'm tempted, but I don't know if I'm up to the commitment with school... Can't wait to see what you do with it! Glad to see you back Jess!

Blackberry and almond cake, and I am hoping the bulbs are narcissus? They were a mystery pot I picked up at the super market!
